We received fresh towels and one of the two beds was made. No tip left out that day because they obviously weren't providing the service we asked for. Day 3 we leave the room for fun on the strip. We were just happy to have soap by the sink to wash our hands at this point. So we are not refilling the dispensers, I guess. We went out on the town for the evening and when we came back, we found a bag in the bathroom with sample size products of shampoo and conditioner and 2 small bars of soap. Are these people even in the hotel or are they in a call center in some other country? I also asked a simple question about the pool and was put on hold while they went to "check on that". Another individual that spoke broken English. (at this point I am hoping that I am not being charged extra for housekeeping each day) I call again. Still no hand soap, or fresh towels, for that matter. When we returned 6 hours later, the tip was still there. Day 2, we left a tip on the bed for the housekeeping staff. All the product dispensers on the walls (soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash) are loose and tip back and forth when you try to dispense the product. We got settled and left the room to go explore the strip. I am assured, in very broken English, that soap would be delivered. I immediately call Housekeeping and ask the individual to have soap brought up to our room. We quickly realize that the hand soap dispenser on the wall in the bathroom is empty. We requested early check in for an extra $60! (that seemed like a lot!) We also requested housekeeping service each day, if for nothing more than just some fresh towels. Upon arrival, we checked in on a kiosk (only a couple actual people there to assist guests). Our room was clean and had comfortable beds.
